Outer Layer:
Made from 1000D Polyamide 6.6 nylon, offering high durability with excellent abrasion and tear resistance, compliant with military-grade specifications.
The inner face is coated with polyurethane to provide full waterproof protection and strong resistance to oils, kerosene, and hydraulic fluids.
The outer face is treated with a durable water-repellent (DWR) finish to prevent water absorption and maintain lightweight performance.
Middle Layer:
Constructed from double ripstop Polyamide 6.6 nylon, selected for compatibility with the other layers and for its superior strength and mechanical properties.
Inner Layer:
Made of 3D spacer fabric (SP 2238), consisting of two soft surface layers separated by monofilament polyester yarns that create a permanent air gap (Spacer).
This structure provides shock absorption to protect sensitive surfaces from scratches and impact, while ensuring continuous airflow to prevent moisture buildup and condensation, reducing the risk of corrosion and mold growth.
